A non-refundable Acceptance Fee of £375.00 (Inc VAT) is payable upon return of the Parent Contract Acceptance Form.

School Meals
Day School fees are fully inclusive of hot school lunch, healthy snacks and fresh fruit at break times.

Boarding
Boarding Fees are fully inclusive of freshly prepared breakfast, hot school lunch and tea, healthy break time
snacks, fresh fruit and supper.
Friday night boarding can include a trip which may incur an additional charge.
Concessions and Discounts
Sibling Awards are available for families with two or more children at the School at the same time (children in our Nursery are not eligible for a sibling discount). When any one of the siblings qualifying for a sibling award leaves the School, the sibling award will be rebased, depending upon the number of children you have remaining at the School.

Annual Contribution Charge
This is an annual charge invoiced termly to cover whole year educational visits and activities which are included in the academic curriculum and which do not involve an overnight stay during the School Year.

Consumables & Exam Fees
Pupils will be charged for those text books which are deemed necessary as part of the pupils’ studies. Pupils will also be charged GCSE examination board fees.
Educational Trips 2026/27
A number of educational visits and sporting activities take place each year as part of the school’s wider curriculum. These experiences are designed to enhance pupils’ learning and personal development. All details including costs are provided to parents in advance. Pupil Insurance
Pupil Personal Accident insurance is charged at £3.46 per pupil per term.
Payment and Late Payment
Fees are payable by ten monthly direct debit payments to commence in August.
Late payments will incur an administration fee of £250.00 per term.
The School has a contractual right to establish from any previous school that all fees have been paid.
Notice of Pupil Withdrawal
A minimum of one Full Term’s written notice must be given to the Headmaster at the beginning of the term. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, a Full Term’s fees will be charged in lieu of this notice.
