Cundall Manor School Termly Fees & Additional Charges
September 2019 (Revised Annually)
Fees are payable by ten monthly direct debit payments to commence in August. A minimum of one term’s notice in writing must be given for a pupil’s withdrawal from the school. Full fees will be charged in lieu of this notice. Terms & Conditions are available to view on the school website.
An Acceptance Bond (non-refundable fee) of £375.00 is payable upon return of the Parent Contract Acceptance Form.
1 Full Day/term – £418.00

(Additional sessions booked are billed on a pro-rata basis)

Early Years Funding – Government Funding is available for some 3-4 year olds, information will be provided where applicable.
Sibling Discount – 5% for second child, 20% for third child and 35% for any subsequent siblings in Reception and above.
Forces Discount – 12% for children in Reception and above. (Families who receive a Forces Award are not eligible for a Sibling Discount)
Annual Contribution – This covers the cost of most trips throughout the academic year and is billed termly.

Please note that once a boarding place has been booked, the fee will be charged for the whole term irrespective of whether the place is taken.
School Bus – We currently have seven bus runs (click here to visit our transport page):
Masham, Great Smeaton, Tontine, Sutton on the Forest, Wetherby, Harrogate, and Catterick.
Fees are as follows:
One Way – £230.00 per term
Both Ways – £415.00 per term
Occasional Use – £7.50 per journey
Please note that priority for places on the bus is given to termly users. Once an occasional or termly place has been booked the charge will be made for the whole term irrespective of whether the place is taken.

COMPULSORY FORM TRIPS 2018/19
Each year, a number of compulsory trips take place. These are listed below by year group. These will be added to your termly fee invoice, and the balance (if applicable) will be added to your extras bill when the cost has been finalised. Please note the fees listed below are a guide only.

A number of optional residential trips also take place each year – please refer to the Parents Handbook which is available from the School Office.
Duke of Edinburgh Award – The Duke of Edinburgh Award is compulsory for pupils in Leckby (Year 9) & Eldmire (Year 10) and optional for pupils in Thornton (Year 11). The termly cost is £75.00.
Consumables & Exam Fees –Pupils will be charged for those text books which are deemed necessary as part of the pupils’ studies. Pupils will also be charged examination board fees.
