Admissions

We are delighted that you are interested in Cundall Manor and would like to offer you the opportunity to learn more at first hand by visiting us in person.

Open Day For most families, the first step is to come to one of our Open Mornings. We host an Open Morning each term, where we showcase a range of the wonderful experiences and activities on offer at Cundall Manor. The next Open Day can be found by visiting our Open Day page. If you would rather visit the school during a normal ‘working day’ then we will be happy to arrange a personal visit and tour at any time to suit you.

Taster Day The next stage would be for your child to attend a taster day at a time that best suits your family, so he or she can experience a typical school day at Cundall. This is a great chance to get a ‘feel’ for our lessons, to make new friends and to join in games and enrichment activities. Your child will be asked to sit an informal assessment during the taster day, to help us ensure they would then glide straight into the correct learning environment and sets from the very start of their time at Cundall Manor. There’ll be a warm reception from the boarding house if your child would like to have ‘taster night’ too.

Head’s Interview Our Heads make a point of getting to know every pupil and their families personally, right from the very start of their time at Cundall Manor. The Head’s interview is our opportunity to learn all about your child’s previous schooling, their strengths and weaknesses, and their hobbies and interests, to ensure we tailor our provision to best suit their needs.

Parent Contract Following a formal letter offering a place, parents are asked to sign and return an Acceptance contract which outlines the school’s terms and conditions.
