Andrew Mindenhall
Andrew co-founded over 20 years ago what has become a highly successful Information Technology, Digital Services and AI business, Agilisys Limited . He is currently the Chief Executive of Agilisys, employing over 1000 people across the UK, with a particular focus on providing services to the health, education and government markets. He has board level responsibility for the strategic development and execution of the business, including working across all aspects of marketing, sales, operations, finance and commercial, and HR.
As well as being the CEO of Agilisys, Andrew is on the advisory board of Salary Finance, the UK’s pioneer and leader in financial well-being. He is also on the board of Blenheim Chalcot India, the India arm of the UK’s leading Digital Venture Builder, Blenheim Chalcot. Andrew is also a patron for Onside, which is building a network of 21st century Youth Zones across the UK, playing an active development role in the creation of new facilities.
Andrew was educated at The Cathedral School, Ripon and St Peter’s School, York before graduating from Newcastle in Engineering. He went on to work in manufacturing across a number of industries before joining Taylors of Harrogate in the 90’s, and then later appointed as Head of HR for Bettys and Taylors Group.
Andrew lives near Helmsley and has been associated with the school for the last 12 years. He currently has a daughter at the school in Eldmire, and a son who left in 2023 after successfully completing his GCSE’s.
Andrew was appointed to the Governing Body in 2020 and is keen to continue to work with the Governors and the leadership team across the school to enable the vision for Cundall Manor to be delivered.
