Andrew Mindenhall
Andrew was educated at The Cathedral Choir School Ripon and St Peter’s School York before graduating from Newcastle with a B.Eng (Hons) in Engineering. He went on to work in manufacturing across a number of industries before joining Taylors of Harrogate in 1993, initially as production manager and then later appointed as Head of HR for the Bettys and Taylors Group.
In 2000 Andrew co founded what has become a highly successful Information Technology and Digital Services business, Agilisys Limited . He is the Chief Executive of Agilisys employing 1500 people across the UK with a particular focus on digital technologies across the health, education and government markets. He has board level responsibility for the strategic development and execution of the business including working across all aspects of marketing and sales, operations, finance and commercial and HR.
As well as being the CEO of Agilisys, Andrew is on the advisory board of Salary Finance, the UK’s pioneer and leader in financial well being. He is also on the board of Blenheim Chalcot India, the India arm of the UK’s leading Digital Venture Builder, Blenheim Chalcot. Andrew also works closely with Avardo, the UK’s key provider of on line professional qualifications, following the successful integration with Agilisys Arch which pioneered digital apprenticeships across the UK.
Andrew is a patron, through Agilisys, for Onside and plays an active development for the organisation which is building a network of 21st Youth Zones across the UK giving young people quality, safe and affordable places to go.
Andrew lives near Helmsley and has a son and daughter at the school.
Andrew is keen to continue to work with the Governors and enable the continued development and achievement of the ambitious and exciting plans for Cundall Manor School.
